About the Guy Behind the Blog

My name is Nicholas. The shorter guy in the photo to the left.  I'm from originally from Kaysville, Utah. I moved to my new home Seattle in 1999. It's been my home ever since. In my spare time I like to play with my two Maine Coon cats, Monkey and Titten and my husband, David. Still feels strange to say that. Probably because he was my "partner" for 9 years before we got married on our 10th anniversary. I love to cook, bake, and recently learn how to make my own fermented beverages. First try homemade ginger ale. Next up ginger beer.In summer months I love to pickle whatever vegetable is on special. Mostly asparagus and string beans for use in bloody marys'. In the winter for some strange reason I get the bug to make candles and sew.
I love to spend time on the web whether it be on FB or reading the news. I love to play MMPORP with a bit less of the roleplay as it were. My favorites are Secret World, World of Warcraft, and most recently Starwars.
I've done a little bit of everything for a paycheck. Landscaping, fast food, waiter, barista for the original & the original wine and beer concept store for Starbucks, phlebotomist, patient services rep and even one of those people who walk around amusement parks in a plush costume not necessarily in that order of course but you get my meaning.
Most recently as you can probably tell with my blog I've discovered It Works!. My sister-in-law began by telling me about her business. Wanting to support he and my brothers family I decided to become one of her loyal customers by purchasing one of their products called greens. They talked all about the energy it gave them. I guess I was expecting some sort of super caffeine boost. I really didn't notice what they were talking about until after a week or so. I noticed that at work I was less irritable and for some reason I had a very easy time focusing on my work. In that week I had completely caught up from months of being behind. Now say what you will, I attribute it to the greens. Next my sister-in-law asked me to have a party. I thought oh dear, hear we go. This isn't the first time I've been asked to do something like this and the other times I was out a whole bunch of money and avoided the pushy person who got me started.
Well I decided again to support her. I had my wrap party. My husband and I wrapped. We're thinking right, this can't work. Well surprise surprise. It did. 45 min to a slimmer waist. What a cool product. I spent the evening thinking about it and I decided. I wanted to be a distributor. More to come on the story as it develops.
